Hi all
just a quickie - a 2 pound loss this week so feeling pretty pleased. This despite hardly any exercise due to very cold weather and dodgy hamstring - so hopefully I can keep it up for next week. My secret this week - porridge for breakfast and a two person portion of soup for lunch with lots of fruit - you feel full and its hardly any points and you feel as if you're eating a lot! (well you are!). Having a celebratory Leffe beer tonight. When do you suppose they'll learn to make beer in North America?

Nicki you are awesome, well done and great for not putting on anything over the New Year. You will both look amazing at the wedding I am sure :-)
